5¡¢Installation of non-crack wall partition with Cloth Plasterboard (Method I):
1). Mark the outline for the horizontal U-Tee Grid (#BAU-D02) on the floor & ceiling respectively, make sure the thickness of a board is considered.
2). Fix the horizontal U-Tee Grid (#BAU-D02) on the floor & ceiling respectively, with proper screws.
3). Insert the vertical C-Tee Grids (#BAU-D01) into the two U-Tee Grids (#BAU-D02) on the floor & ceiling, from one side of the wall to the other, at an interval of 400mm, then fix both ends of these C-Tee Grids (#BAU-D01) with proper screws.
4). Insert 38# Main Beam (BAU-D03) through the notch of each vertical C-Tee Grid (#BAU-D01), then fix it on these vertical C-Tee Grids (#BAU-D01) with Fasteners (#BAU-D04).
5). Fix Bausitte cloth plasterboard (BAU-A) on the grids from one side to the other with the speical plasterboard screws at the edge of 10-15mm, at an interval of 150mm. The gap between plasterboards should be set on the tee grids and make sure the gap is 3-5mm wide.
6). Fill the gaps between boards with the special Bausitte joint paste, then cover it with the special Bausitte anti-crack joint tape. (Note: Make sure the cloth side of the tape is outward.)
6¡¢Installation of non-crack ceiling suspension with Cloth Plasterboard (Method II):
1). First install the suspension tee grid strictly conform to the plasterboard suspension criterion .
2). Then install Bausitte Cloth Plasterboard (BAU-A). Make sure the gap between boards is set between two tee grids. Bond a strip of cloth plasterboard (100-200mm wide) on the back of the gap with the latex, then fix the front with self-tapping screws along the edge.
3). Before installation, the boards should be put in right position, then fix the boards and tee grids with the galvanized self-tapping screws (using the special tools). The interval between self-tapping screws should be no more than 200mm, at the edge of 10-15mm. The board must be installed under ¡°non-gravity¡± circumstance, that means it must be supported by a tool during the installation, fix the self-tapping screws from the center to the edge. The supporting tool should not be removed before the board is completely fixed on the tee grids. 4). Fill the gap between boards with the special Bausitte joint paste, then cover it with the special Bausitte anti-crack joint tape. (Note: Make sure the cloth side of the tape is outward.)
